How far ahead of time should I book my pony or trail ride?

We suggest you book your trail ride at least 3 days in advance.  Weekends can be especially busy so we suggest 5 days notice if possible.   This will allow us to better match the rider and their horse.  You may be able to arrange a trail ride on a walk-in basis but since that is done a "space available" basis, we really encourage you to pre-reserve your ride ahead of time.

We recommend booking pony rides 4 to 6 weeks prior to your event date.  We can sometimes fulfill your needs with very short notice (like the day before!) but you risk disappointment if you do wait until the last minute.  We often book rides a year or more in advance.

How much will it cost to have pony rides at my event?

Pony rides cost a $65 per pony per hour.  we require a minimum of two ponies per event and will base the number of ponies you will need for your event based on your budget and the size of your event.

In addition to the cost of the ponies, there is a travel charge and a fuel surcharge.  We hate to put the fuel surcharge in place, but the reality operating a fleet of trucks and trailers that average 6 miles per gallon require it.
